Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for and using PayHound you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use PayHound.

2. What PayHound does

PayHound is a software tool that automates invoice payment reminders. It sends professional reminder emails on your behalf from reminders@payhound.co.uk to your clients. PayHound is a tool to assist you — it is not a debt collection service and does not provide legal advice.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring the invoice details you enter are accurate
Only using PayHound to chase legitimate outstanding invoices
Ensuring your clients consent to receiving automated payment reminders
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
Complying with all applicable laws when chasing payments

4. Pricing during early access

PayHound is currently free to use while we are in an early access testing period. We do not require payment details to create an account or use the service. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give existing users reasonable advance notice before any charges apply, and continued use of a paid feature after that notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Nothing in this section obligates you to pay anything now.

5. Account closure

You can stop using PayHound and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at ali.moghul01@gmail.com. We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

PayHound is provided as a tool to assist with invoice chasing. We are not responsible for whether your clients pay, for any business disputes between you and your clients, or for any losses arising from use of the service. As the service is currently provided free of charge, our liability in connection with it is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use PayHound to send harassing or threatening communications, to chase debts that are not legitimately owed, or in any way that violates UK law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to the service

We may update PayHound from time to time, including introducing, changing, or removing features, and including introducing paid plans as described in section 4. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
