By signing up for and using PayHound you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use PayHound.
PayHound is a software tool that automates invoice payment reminders. It sends professional reminder emails on your behalf from reminders@payhound.co.uk to your clients. PayHound is a tool to assist you — it is not a debt collection service and does not provide legal advice.
You are responsible for:
PayHound costs £9.99 per month after a 30-day free trial. Your card will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge. After the trial your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial months. Payment is processed by Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at ali.moghul01@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation you will no longer be able to add invoices or send reminders but you can still log in to view your data for 30 days.
PayHound is provided as a tool to assist with invoice chasing. We are not responsible for whether your clients pay, for any business disputes between you and your clients, or for any losses arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You must not use PayHound to send harassing or threatening communications, to chase debts that are not legitimately owed, or in any way that violates UK law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update PayHound from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 30 days notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
